Booking amendments: Any changes to your booking, if we agree to them, are charged at £35/35 Euro (double if payment is made after arrival on site) plus the charge imposed by transport providers and/or accommodation price difference. We make no refund if the revised dates are cheaper than the original dates. If you need a “grace period” to the end of the day, whilst you book flights, please contact us and we can usually work with you on this. If you do not pay the final payment within 10 weeks of arrival the holiday is cancelled. Please make a note of the due date as we do not send a reminder. Subsequent re-instatement, if possible, will incur a fee of £35/35 Euro. If any person, not named on the accommodation voucher, is part of your party you will be charged £70/70 Euro at check in if we accept this person. Payment online by card or PayPal may be made for a 3% supplement. There is no supplement for payment by debit card if you pay with us over the phone.
